We have acted for the company since its incorporation in 2011, when we assisted the founder members with a management buyout of the business from a large US entity.
… to established market leading presence
We have since continued to provide reporting and tax compliance and planning services to the company and its majority shareholders, and to provide ad-hoc advice as a trusted advisor on an ongoing basis. Our contribution to date has included:
- Advice in relation to the original content and production of timely and relevant monthly management information for presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Assistance in the recruitment of a financial controller.
- In 2017, the design and implementation of a second phase ownership re-organisation to enable a partial buy-out of the principal shareholder, and to introduce further management into the equity shareholder team. All remain active in the business today.
- Advice in relation to the further expansion of the shareholder team and the tax implications of implementation.
In addition to our ongoing retained tax and statutory accounting role, we continue to provide strategic advice and we meet regularly with the Board and shareholders to discuss their ongoing plans.
We really value the depth and breadth of experience of the JDC team and frequently turn to them as our key advisors on strategic matters, in addition to their ongoing compliance role. They are in effect a trusted and important part of our wider team.
