The story so far …
In addition to the provision of annual accounting and tax compliance, at various times we have:
- Assisted the board of directors in the design and implementation of tailored reporting systems and the provision of relevant management information.
- Provided detailed financial forecasts and feasibility studies for new outlets and performance measurement once established.
- Provided strategic business advice, which has been at the heart of our relationship over the years.
- Assisted with various restructuring and joint venture plans for the group and completed relevant tax clearances where necessary.
- Provided wider tax advice and planning, which has been a constant in our relationship.
In the autumn of 2023, we assisted the founder shareholders with specialist tax and valuation advice which enabled the transfer of the business to an Employee Ownership Trust to continue its impressive journey as the business continues to evolve.
The JDC team have been at the heart of our journey for over twenty years. As a business owner and since implementing our EOT as the Managing Director of the company, I can honestly say that we are very fortunate to have such committed and experienced retained advisors.
