Over this long relationship we have:

• Been involved with share restructuring, tax efficient remuneration planning and income extraction for the director/shareholders.
• Assisting in the implementation of robust financial controls and procedures, together with ongoing input of general financial, tax and management advisory services in relation to both the financial and commercial management and reporting requirements of the business.
• Provided detailed financial forecasts to assist in the delivery of capital projects, together with overall effective cash management across the group.
• Provided regular commercial input in many areas, including modelling alternative fee structures and stress testing such assumptions with related expenditure and capital investment requirements.

We visit the company on at least a quarterly basis to ensure that our understanding of commercial issues remain current and that our advice remains timely, relevant and proactive. 

More recently we assisted the company in expanding its senior management team.  Our brief was to examine and determine the financial and operational requirements of the business and to ensure that the senior team could align in-house expertise with the group’s current commercial requirements and future growth plans.  We assisted in determining the right job-spec and assisting in the recruitment process and continue to have regular input to mentor and develop the management team as necessary.

As we also act on behalf of the majority shareholder, we have provided specialist tax advice which has covered personal, capital gains and inheritance tax matters.
